About the event
Jim was an Assistant Attorney General in New York. Prior to that, he was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, New York, rising to the position of Chief of the Homicide Bureau. Jim prosecuted David Berkowitz, the “Son of Sam” killer for three murders in the Bronx. Since 1994, Jim has been in private law practice in Montgomery County, Maryland.
